SHIPPING AND POLICIES
ABOYSUPPLY.COM offers FREE UPS Ground Shipping on orders over $99 to the contiguous United States.
(This excludes Hawaii and Alaska)
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for online orders.
We process orders the same day they are received, Monday through Friday (weekend orders are processed on Monday).
We do our best to ship items the same day the order is processed.

A-Boy Supply guarantees your complete satisfaction on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased from the ABOYSUPPLY.COM website, you may return it within 30 days, or under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, in accordance with the following policies:
1) New Unused Items.
a. Fill out our Return Authorization Form to receive a Return Authorization Number.
b. Customer will be responsible for payment of return shipping.
c. Refunds will be subject to inspection of returned item.
2) Used Items.
a. Fill out our Return Authorization Form to receive a Return Authorization Number.
b. Customer will be responsible for payment of return shipping.
c. Exchange for same item will be shipped free of charge.
d. Refunds subject to inspection of returned item, and charged a 20% restocking fee.
3) Defective or Shipping Damaged Items.
a. Fill out our Return Authorization Form to receive a Return Authorization Number.
b. Notification of shipping damage is required within 72 hours of receipt of item.
c. Exchange or refund will be subject to inspection of item.
No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. We are not responsible for items returned without a Return Authorization Number.

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
